RWB Gregory D West was born May 20, 1956 in Independence Missouri. The family moved to Kirksville, Mo. in 1959 due to his father being transferred with Southwestern Bell Telephone co. Greg attended school in Kirksville, graduating from Kirksville high school and attending Northeast Missouri State University now Truman State. He now resides in Springfield, Missouri with his wife Alicia and is employed as Vice President of Sales for H.R.I. in Buffalo, Missouri. 

R.W.B. West Masonic career begin with his petition in Kirksville Lodge #105, Kirksville, on April 1980 and was initiated May 20, 1980. He passed to the degree of Fellow craft on April 21, 1981 and was raised to the degree of Master Mason on May 19, 1981. He became an endowed life member in 2002. He joined the Kirksville York rite bodies 1991, Caldwell Chapter No.53 R.A.M., Kirksville Council No.44, Cryptic Masons and Ely Commanders No.22, K.T. R.W.B. West took dual membership in Henderson Lodge #477 in Rogersville where he served as master in 2002-2003. He has served on the public relations committee at Grand Lodge and is Junior Steward with the Missouri Lodge of Research.

On June 1, 1991, he became a member of Moila Temple A.A.O.N.M.S. St. Joseph, Missouri and transferred his membership on June 30, 1995 to Abou Ben Adhem A.A.O.N.M.S. in Springfield where he was active in the Clowns and Hospital Dads. 

R.W. B. West community involvement includes serving as a Rotarian, working as a committee chairman and is a Paul Harris Fellow. Currently a member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary as a Flotilla Staff Officer and is crew certified. Also is a past member of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce. 

R.W.B. West’s family is also active in Masonic organizations where his father, Dale, has served as master and DDGM of Kirksville lodge # 105. His mother, Lelah, and father are also members of Kirksville order of the Eastern Star # 184, where he is a Past Patron and his mother is a Past Matron and past grand officer in 1987. Greg’s Grand Father, Carl Otto, was also a member of Kirksville Lodge #105 and Moila Temple in St. Joseph. 

Greg and Alicia enjoy traveling, boating on Table Rock lake and fishing with their grandson Marco. Greg also enjoys country and bluegrass music where he plays drums, guitar and mandolin.
