At the 190th Communication of the Grand Lodge of Missouri, the By-Laws committee submitted for approval a revised version of the Constitution and By-Laws of the Grand Lodge of Missouri for approval. This revision did not make any substantive changes in the law, it simply corrected any errors, included already approved legislative additions, and added many helpful annotations for items to explain or amplify their meaning and aid in their interpretation. Once approved at the session, the legislative amendments that were made for this session were also added to the version to be distributed.

New printed copies will be distributed to lodges and state officers in the November 2011 packet. If you have previously purchased a printed Constitution and By-laws document, you are entitled to a copy of the revised document. If you have previously requested to be on the update notification list, you need not do anything, a new copy will be mailed to you. If you haven't requested to be notified (or you are not sure), please email (grlodge@momason.org) or call the Grand Lodge office requesting a copy of the revised printed document. 

For the first time, these Constitution and By-laws are being released online in a PDF format, for the use of our membership, to become better educated and informed regarding the rules with which we operate and govern our organization.

This document has been formatted to be printed duplex (both sides of the page) by the insertion of some blank pages to make certain section pages appear on the correct side to allow for the insertion of tab pages, as are distributed with the purchased versions of the document. This does not prevent you from printing the document on simplex (single sided).
