If you would like to become a member of the Missori Lodge of Research please fill out and print the form below.

Our yearly membership dues are $15.00 and include the Missouri Lodge of Research Publication for the current year.
You may also purchase an Endowed Membership at the cost of $300.00. This will allow you to receive the Missouri Lodge of Research Publication yearly and will alleviate having to pay dues each year.
